Three has recently amended the provision of mobile Internet Super Internet that provided for 3 GB of data traffic on mobile phones and smartphones to 5 € per month.
The amount of traffic has remained more or less the same but was fragmented on a daily basis . In fact, now offer Super mobile Internet traffic with a subscribed Rechargeable SIM amounts to 100 MB per day at the price: 5 € per month. The change takes effect only on new contracts.
In practice it increases the risk of generating extra traffic, which with three dear thing.

that mean? It speaks specifically of the app & stories of three or generically as that of Apple's App Store? I suppose the first hypothesis but does not seem clear.
is becoming less clear the terms on the plan for Super Internet iPad . Voices Three officers argue that the fragmentation on a daily basis is in force only for smartphones, and not for USIM iPad , but is written in clear terms:

From 1 July 2010 this threshold (100 MB per day nda) is valid only for data traffic directly from the display of the handset or iPad

So ? also applies to the pad or not? Some people say the Three Store clear that the limit of 100 MB applies to the USIM rechargeable iPad. APN is also the same for all devices, then seem to generalized clauses.
I do not know exactly what is in effect the new tariff formula, however it is a shame because I have the portability of a TIM numeto on Three recently just to take advantage of the without fragmentation daily (applied from time to TIM).
In any case it is more convenient because TIM offers 50MB per day for 10 € and 5 € Three 100MB.
